Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Prepped, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Prepped is a registered business name of The Trustee for Fresh Food Delivery Trust(ABN 23 565 805 837), an Australian trust. Contact us at hello@preppedstudent.com.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Australian law to use Prepped. By signing up, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prepped uses third-party AI (Anthropic's Claude and Deepgram's speech-to-text) to generate interview questions, transcribe your answers, and produce feedback. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee it. AI output is a learning aid, not professional career, legal, financial, or medical advice, and you should not rely on it as a sole basis for important decisions.

The job listings, application deadlines, firm profiles, interview intel and event details on Prepped are a guide compiled from public sources and our own research. They can be out of date, incomplete or incorrect, and details (especially deadlines and eligibility) change without notice.Always confirm the details on the employer's own official page before you rely on them or apply. Prepped is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any employer listed, and we are not responsible for any application you miss, submit, or lose out on. Company names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify those organisations. If you are an employer and want your information corrected or removed, contact us at the address below.

You agree not to:

• Use Prepped for anything illegal or to harm others.
• Scrape, mirror, or programmatically extract data from the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service or our content.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Bypass usage limits, security controls, or pricing tiers.
• Use the service to abuse, harass, or impersonate others.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

You keep ownership of the resume, answers, and notes you put into Prepped. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content as needed to run the service for you (and to send it to subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy). We do not use your content to train AI models.

Everything else on Prepped, branding, interface design, firm-curation data, question banks, system prompts, and AI feedback templates, belongs to us or our licensors. You can use it for your personal interview prep but not republish or commercialise it.

We aim to keep Prepped running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, fix issues, or change features. We'll notify paying subscribers of material changes that affect paid features.

To the extent permitted by law, Prepped's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

You can delete your account any time via Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a risk to other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

We'll update these terms when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or in-app notice. Continuing to use Prepped after a change means you accept the new terms.
